Great hotel with free Wi-Fi, comfortable rooms, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar/lounge area. I remember my first stay when the staff kindly helped with my heavy baggage. Highly recommend their delicious food, especially the chowder! I'm returning for a business trip.

I loved the property and its extensive and delicious breakfast.
Generally, the place was top-class and had amazingly attentive and very attentive staff at the reception desk. Had top-notch family room with 2 beds and wake-up service was available in it. Everything was very good, I recommend.

our room was extremely pleasant and well laid out with a bath and the overall experience was really enjoyable. the breakfast was warm and delicious with vegan vegetarians, a full irish, good service. our accommodation was set in a very central location right by the restaurant adjacent, pubs and restaurants and ring of kerry n71. furthermore, in the beautiful conservatory area.

Friendly staff. Room and shower clean. Nice bar.
Breakfast was expensive for what we got. Cereal, Sausage, Bacon Scrambled Egg and Tomato. €10. Maybe it was because there was a coach having breakfast at same time but not a great choice.

Proximity to place of work and ease of access from by pass.
Very noisy due to traffic on adjacent road throughout the night. Damp stains on bathroom towels due to a leak!

Comfortable and cosy,Pleasant staff.
The cleaning staff used way too many cleaning products,I could hardly breath. I would say they should cut this down by 80 percent,I could hardly breath in the bedroom and had to ventilate the room well. Not pleasant.Got headaches with it all.I Would not stay again, simply for that reason, other wise would have been excellent.

I made the booking for my Dad and Uncle as they were attending the Irish Open golf, and on speaking with both of them found their stay excellent. They were delighted with the staff and the space in the rooms. And the unexpected short travel distance to the Irish Open in Killarney made it an ideal place to stay. The one aspect they loved best was the quality and choice of food on offer. They are still raving about the lamb cutlets, apparently most delicious. Both have stated without reservation they would stay again and would recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Reception/check-in person unfriendly and unsmiling. Taxis driving past bedroom windows most of night. Very noisy neighbouring room at 3-30am (wedding).

The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, and we enjoyed visiting nearby Muckross House & Gardens, letting the kids explore the beautiful green space. It was a great base for our family adventure.
My kids wished for a better breakfast service, as it felt hectic. More attention to families during meals would be great.
